Franco grew up in Italy on the island of Sicily. Working with his father, a master mason, he was introduced to building and design at a young age and spent his youth expanding his design skills in Italy - and later on the U.S East coast where his family eventually settled.
After moving to Los Angeles as a young adult, Franco went on to produce and market his own line of home accessories, as well as producing lines for Calvin Klein Home and the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.
As an artist, Franco would make custom pieces of art and furniture for residential clients around Los Angeles and soon was being asked to create interiors.
From there, the word spread. Clients came completely from word-of-mouth.
Franco is best known for his decadent masculine bachelor pads. Often redesigning from the ground up, Franco will take ordinary homes and completely redesign the interior and architecture transforming them into works of live-able art.
Franco and family in Italy 2015
Known for his attention to detail, not an inch of his homes are ordinary. In fact, he prefers to design even the furniture pieces in his homes to create the perfect feel.
Whether modern or traditional, he creates warm, comfortable, yet design-forward homes in his unique style.
Franco prefers to remain an artist of his craft and focus on only a couple at a time to produce the most original, highly-detailed spaces that will be relevant and enjoyed for many years.
Franco has been designing interiors for the past 20 years with 100% of his business being by referral.
